NEW BUSINESS MANAGER

Key Filters, Inc., an affiliate of Parkinson Technologies,
Inc. and Marshall and Williams Plastics, is pleased to announce that John
Whaley has become Business Manager of the company. John, a mechanical engineer, has 20 years of
experience working as a project engineer in extrusion related processes at
Marshall and Williams. He will have
total responsibility for Key Filters’ sales, engineering, development and manufacturing
activities. Ernest Abrahamson, President
of Key Filters, said, “With his knowledge and background of the extrusion
process, we are fortunate to have John as the leader of Key Filters’ effort to
serve our current and future customers’ melt filtration requirements”.
Along with the addition of our new Business Manager, Key
Filters has many exciting products, including:
- KSP
Hydraulic Slide Plate Screen Changers offer an economical, efficient way
for plastic processors to filter and remove contaminants from the polymer
melt stream without shutting down the extrusion line. It can be used to
filter any type of thermoplastic.
- KCN
Continuous Screen Changers offer an economical, efficient way for plastic
processors to filter the contaminants from polymer melt flows with no
disruption to the process. KCN improves the quality of Blown Film,
Pipe/Profile, Compounding, Coextruded Sheet/Film, Wire/Cable, and
Sheet/Cast Film.
- Chiva
Style Manual Screen Changers can be used to filter almost any type of
thermoplastic material. MSC will
eliminate the time and labor required to change out a stationary screen
and facilitate the screen and breaker plate change. These Chiva Style machines are available
with gear drive actuation making the screen change safer and more
reliable.
